Return Policy

RETURNS:
It is important to Local Crew Clothing that you are satisfied with your purchase.  Returns may be eligible up to 30 days after order date for damages or something printed incorrectly.  Unfortunately, we can not guarantee refunds for ordering an incorrect size at or if 30 days have gone by since your order date.  We are working with our suppliers to eventually offer size returns in the near future.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (must be the original packaging).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of order, go through the following process. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Local Crew Clothing is not responsible for returns that do not follow to the RETURN PROCESS as outlined below.

RETURN PROCESS:
  1. Email us at customerservice@shoplocalcrew.com (provide the following information)
      a. Your name
      b. Order #
      c. Return reason (size, damaged, etc.)
      d. Any damages - provide pictures & be specific
  2. We will review your request for eligibility
  3. If eligible, we will email confirming return eligibility and return instructions
  4. Once the item is received, we will inspect and issue a refund
      a. Original order shipping costs are not refundable
      b. Shipping costs for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Non-returnable items include:
  1. Gift cards
  2. Downloadable software products
  3. Any health and personal care items

REFUNDS (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (Shipping costs are not refundable)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@shoplocalcrew.com.

RETURNS (OTHER):
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, go through the RETURNS PROCESS.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll need to following the return process (See RETURN PROCESS).

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
